We are sorry but we must
ask for a
Security/Damage Deposit of $350.00.
The security/damage
deposit will be returned by check via mail within 14 business days after your
departure date. The deposit refund may be delayed if there are damages to
evaluate....no damage or smoke smell--it all comes back to you!
| As in all rentals in Breckenridge, add 10.755%
tax (local & state accommodations tax) which we then fork over to the
government.
Because we rent direct to you and do not pay a "Management
Commission" our prices are at least 25% less than similar rentals in
Breckenridge. To insure that you know what a bargain you are getting,
